C O N S T I T U T I O N
The name of Party shall be PRAJA KRIPA PARTY hereinafter called the “Party”. The Headquarters of the Party shall be located at Shop No.2, Hari Om Apt., Blk C-33/R-124-125, Opp. Chopda Court, Ulhasnagar – 421003 Maharashtra
i)The Party shall bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India, as by law established, and to the principles of socialism, secularism and democracy and would uphold the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India.
ii) To provide corruption free and transparent government in the jurisdiction.
iii) Party aim to promote and promulgate government scheme of controlling population of this nation.
iv) Party aim at upliftment of labor sector specifically Agriculturist , employees of private organizations , with special emphasis to the development of women and minority people .
v) Party aim to provide opportunities to youth of this nation by politically educating them about their rights and responsibilities.
vi) Party aims to secure equal opportunity to women in political, social, and economical rights.
vii) The Party shall stand committed to all the values as enshrined in the Constitution of India , especially in it’s preamble .
viii) The party shall not in any manner promote or instigate or participate in violence.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Membership
A person who desires to be a member of The Party must have the following eligibility :-
i) Should be a citizen of India.
ii) Should be an adult , of the age of 18 years and there is no restriction on membership of the party and party’s membership is open to any Indian citizen .
iii) Should accept and subscribe in writing, in form A (Prescribed Form), to the objectives of the parties, as spelt out in Article-II.
iv) Should pay a triennial Membership fee of as prescribe by party.
v) Should have a permanent place of residence or should be carrying out his or her vocation, in the place when the membership of Party is sought.
vi) Should not be a member of any other political Party.
vii) He/ she should not be convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude .
The Party shall be prominently operational in State of Maharashtra. The Party aims at expanding its area of operation in due course and to elevate itself to the entire nation. The Headquarters of the Party shall be at Maharashtra.
